Sun is finally peeking out after a week of overcast.

NC State Fair starts this week up in Raleigh.

Today is another day devoted to house cleaning.  It's going to take a lot of time, and work that I'm not up to giving.  It must be done anyway.

Our Guild Quilt Show is this Fri. and Sat.  in Sanford NC at the Dennis Wicker Civic Center 10 to 6p.m. on Fri.,  and 9 to 5p.m. on Saturday.

We're finding more UFO's as we clean.. Guess I may as well guess we will find more.  lol
Once this week is over and Monday next week has arrived, I will be able to relax and do what I want for a couple days.  It will be good to get back to some serious quilting.

I wasn't able to finish the quilt and wall hanging I wanted to enter in the quilt show.. am discouraged about that.

I was surprised and not too happy, to find out as Quilt of Valor chairman, I wasn't even advised, much less asked to help, in a Free Booth someone else is setting up at our show this week.

I am so hurt, and discouraged, I don't know if I should just ignore it and decline as chairman when new officers are installed in Jan.
OR
at the next business meeting the first Sat. of the month  bring it up and tell them I was hurt and resign as chairman. 

This hurt me a lot more than I thought it would, and yes, I was angry.

Off to do more house cleaning.
