November 14, 2013       Thursday.

Another chilly, bright cloudless day here.  It is already up to 32F..  it's 8:45, so it seems it will be a chilly day, all day.

Sitting in a nice warm house, having a bowl of home made ice cream and slice of banana nut bread just hits the spot.  The only thing forgotten was the hot chocolate with marshmallows on top.

Today the stacks of magazines will be worked on to list all names and dates... some progress will be made.

Also I plan to work on the Tutorial for the Side Saddle ( www.thequiltingsolution.com) computer for the quilting machine. 

In between all of that as the day goes, more things in the quilting room will be finished, like stitching around a baking bag, starting some of the bowls, and see how that goes.

Outdoors the leaves are being raked.  After the winds we had on Tues., I'm surprised any remain on the trees.   The yard is as close to being covered solidly as it can get.  Just a few taller weeds, plants, etc sticking up.  He is trying to rake up the front yard.  With the fence there is around the back yard, We collect a lot of leaves from the neighbors..  somehow I think, they also get a lot of ours.    tit for tat

No matter the intentions of yesterday, little was done from the list and plans.

A lot of time was spent in the quilting room, just fiddling with things, trying to put them in a more convenient location for my use.  Too often what is first thought as convenient, isn't.

Odds and ends of sewing, but nothing accomplished on the Quilter.

There is a need to list all my stencils and list them for sale on Quilter's Flea Market, and/or  Sew It's For Sale, as well as the APQS forum..  Things we don't use, have no business keeping, will be sold, donated, given away or trashed.

The  need to do the same for the magazines, and some of the pattern boards we have (R&S Design products) is still waiting. We kept one board, an eagle designed and made by The Topper Tools .  All in good time.

The scent of baking a couple loaves of yeast bread and a batch of Banana Nut Bread filled the house, and made everyone hungry..  Oh.. soooo  good.

We finally have a package of item's I sold ready to be mailed.. need a correction on the address to ship it to.  When we get that, it will be another chore finished and more space in our house.
