November 29, 2013    Friday.

Weather is cold, crisp, sunny and feels terrific...  still need to bundle up a bit.. the temperature has risen from 24F at 7:30 to 43F now, at 9:25.

It was chilly for the shopping crowd, which we will not suffer ourselves through..  too hectic, don't like elbows to the head,  people falling over my powered chair, etc.  And the attitude.. everyone is more important than anyone else, and hang whoever was in line ahead of them!  Just ask how I know.

Yesterday was wonderful, spent with most of the family and some of their friends.  Was pleasant, was fun, was calm, was very filling and was very good turkey we had.  Lots of other good foods, too.
I will be so glad when oldest granddaughter will be home for a long stay.  We miss her a lot!

Grandson is to come over today and clean the roof, eave troughs and down spouts.. It hasn't been done yet this year, and badly needs it.  We told him the leaves have been there so long they were turned to mulch and growing mushrooms, and trying to germinate the oak acorns.

I think today will be a casual day, not a lot of chores needing to be done, beyond the usual day to day housekeepping.   Maybe more of the magazines can be sorted and listed for sale, on  www.QuiltersFleaMarket.com

It feels good to be4 getting rid of these extra things, have less to clean and more room. 

The day is calling, and getting later in the morning.
