I see that all of my posts since January 5th  have been deleted, or gone somewhere..
I know for a positive fact, I did post many until the 8th..

It does Not Make Me Happy!

So today, and it started yesterday, it is going to be up in the 70's, I think.  We are then going to go back down. . . . a long ways down.

Ok,  Since Christmas, I have donated 5 or 6 quilts through the guild and Haven House, is the other
target.

I've been working putting a Wave, like a corrigated fiber-glass, on a quilt that is for community service, finishing some bindings, am working on the Dresden Plate that one of the gals on a quilt
site I belong to sent me.  Today I begin adding odds and ends of blocks of fabric.. I will also add
some which are large print blocks.. I just hope I can find some which don't change the flavor of
the quilting I've done so far.  I am thinking of using both of them in the same quilt.. one at the top left and the other on the right, but not quite to the bottom.

It will all depend on what my eyes see as I go along.  It feels good to be doing something different than just the quilting.. and trying to get some of the newer projects finished.   The two small quilts that are missing, one is a duplicate of the little elephant panels, and the pieced top, which I can't describe.

I have to go to the quiltersaccess and find out what I did do that I listed last year.  I'm sure I made a lot of good progress.

Weather hads been darned cold for us. . . .  down to 9F one night, and in the mid teens several nights.. and cold for us during the day.  Today we are in a heat wave.. here it is 7:42 and it's already 62F out.. and has been since we got up, before 6a.m.  Eastern Time.

There is a Quilt and Fiber Art show in town this weekend.. we will go today.. we forgot and were
too busy yesterday.  Friends of ours are vendors.  Haven't seen them in a full year.  The stinkers didn't vend at our quilt show. lol

For Christmas We baked some yeast rolls and tied the dough in knots.. really tasted good.. also made some brownies.   And they tasted good, also.

The New Year is doing well.. have one community Service job which is on the frame now and will be doing a large quilt for one of the gals that were in the class I taught at church.

I'm hopeful there will be others from here in town.  I also have a QoV being sent for me to quilt.

I'm feeling better other than the new low back pain.  That too is keeping under control.. still quite painful but tollerable with heat packs and now and then,  several days in between, I take an Aleeve.

May everyone have a fruitful New Year.  It's been good to us, so far.\
