Goooolyyy!  It is Friday, and it got here so fast.

I finally had some good news after many years of pain, often severe.  I will be having surgery on Aug. 2, to remove the stimulator and wiring in the spine.  With the stimulator out the neurosurgeon will be able to get an MRI and see just what is going on with the spine.. Will be so good to have that thing gone.  it helped at first, then didn't, and I found I was doing better without.  I just let it die.  My neurosurgeon, Dr. Jauffman, said he would get me fixed up.  I really like him other than that he will help me,  a gentle man, speaks clearly, and in everyday language so I don't have to constantly be asking what something means.

I feel so good about the wonderful news and something moving forward, at long last.

Now, Yes another rain last night into today.  I am going to ask the weatherman on our ABC channel, just how many days without rain we have gone.  It must be close to 3 weeks..   Although I just went back to July 1 and we were having a lot of wet just before that, and no rain for a couple days.

I don't think I've posted the following Picts.  I do know I have a couple 3 duplicates.  I will delete them.

This first pict is of one I made in a challenge, I think.    In any case you can see I put in tv antennae

and power lines, two appt buildings.. a shoe and hat quilt, an out house..  It was fun.  I'm looking towards this kind of work again.  That is one goal of several.
